• International / Domestic Flight tickets (We cannot offer exact price because airlines follow the concept of dynamic pricing. Whereas, we can assist flight ticket booking with a small fees).
• Drinks, other than water on activity days.
• Tips & Gratuities (Tips 3 USD per head is compulsory during private tour).
• Any personal expenses (Mini Bar/Laundry/Personal Consumptions).
• Bank transfer fees for payment to AVS
• Emergency evacuation expenses
• Vietnam  Visa/e Visa
• Early check in and Late check out

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Due to peak season advance payment non refundable :
• 80% refund of booking amount if cancellation done before 120 days 
• 50% refund of booking amount if cancellation done before 90 days
• No refund if cancellation done 30 days prior to the date of the journey.
• Incase of illness , Natural disaster, political issues, road closer, or any emergency ,the company will not be responsible for the additional expenses.
• All extra cost must be borne by travelers.
• No refund for flight cancellations.
